Future Housing Requirements in Hart
Full details of the Winchfield Parish Council response to the Government consultation on revised planning guidance which includes a proposed increase to the housing targets in the district.

Following the publication by the Deputy Prime Minister and Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government of the revised National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) the annual housing target for the District will increase from 423 properties to 734. The impact on the District, and Winchfield, if this target is finally mandated following the Government’s consultation process, will be significant. The Parish Council has submitted a response to the consultation on the proposed NPPF revision and it can be found below.
