Proposed New Village at Land at Murrell Green
A consultation has begun on a proposed development of a new village at Murrell Green.

The Parish Council has set up a webpage dedicated to planning matters where information relating to the proposals at Murrell Green will be published.
The Parish Council has been provided with the attached letter regarding a consultation by the Pegasus Group for the proposed development of a new village at land at Murrell Green ahead of a planning application to be made in Spring 2026.
There will be a drop-in consultation event 1pm to 8pm on Tuesday 24 March 2026 at the Holt Room, Hook Community Centre, RG27 9NN.
The proposals are for up to 2,200 homes, local centres with commercial and community uses, a new all-through school (pre-school, primary and secondary), employment land, areas of public open space, sports and play provision, areas for wildlife enhancement along with associated infrastructure with vehicular accesses provided from the A30 London Road and the B3016 Odiham Road.
