Another Successful Litter Pick
26 volunteers have helped to keep our village tidy by taking part in a litter pick on Sunday 8 March.

Another successful litter pick was held in Winchfield on the morning of Sunday 8 March. 26 people volunteered and over 42 sacks of litter were collected – which is an incredible amount (and sad). Unusual finds included a number of unopened Diet Coke tins and unopened large bottles of hand sanitiser scattered in both Pale Lane and Bagwell Lane. All enjoyed the delicious bacon and egg baps afterwards, and the opportunity to chat with friends and neighbours.
The next litter pick will take place in the autumn with the date to be set nearer the time.
